Join @lucy_razz_yoga THIS SUNDAY (26th April - 5-6 Join @lucy_razz_yoga THIS SUNDAY (26th April - 5-6.15pm) at Bloom Yoga (Ashley Down | BS7) for a grounding evening of Slow Flow Yoga, culminating in an extended Shavasana accompanied by the soothing sounds of live violin. Expect some guided meditation and breathwork to begin, followed by a gentle and nourishing slow Yoga flow, syncing breath with movement. This will gently prepare the body to enjoy a fifteen minute shavasana with guided sounds in the form of live violin improvisation. What a way to round off your weekend!
