At Bloom Yoga Bristol, we’re a team of experienced teachers and therapists who believe wellbeing is about feeling supported, seen and cared for.
From your first class to your ongoing practice, our team is here to guide you with warmth, knowledge and compassion. We share ideas, learn from each other and bring together our different experiences to create a welcoming space for everyone.
Becca Spooner (She/Her)
Yoga Teacher, Teacher Trainer and Somatic Bodyworker : Becca has a wealth of experience and knowledge in both Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. For Becca, Yoga serves as a holistic healthcare system that both strengthens the body and mind, and cultivates compassion and equanimity for the benefit of all. Her classes are trauma-informed, and draw from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Scaravelli, and 5 Element traditions. She loves to incorporate the Meridians and Acupressure into her Yoga for a uniquely embodied practice.
Millie (she/her)
Children’s Yoga Teacher & Holistic Therapist : Millie is passionate about sharing children’s yoga, mindfulness and holistic therapies, including Reiki, massage and sound therapy. She was drawn to this work after discovering how deeply these practices supported her own wellbeing, helping her feel calmer, more balanced and more connected to myself.
Lucy Parker
Massage Therapist : Lucy is a Level 4 MTI-trained Holistic Massage Therapist with specialist training and interest in Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage. Women's health sits at the heart of her practice, across all stages of a woman's life. Having trained during her own pregnancy and early motherhood, Lucy experienced first-hand just how transformative massage can be at this tender time, and it shaped the therapist she has become. She brings real curiosity and care to every session, tailoring each treatment to what the body needs on that particular day, and she loves seeing her clients come back to themselves through their sessions.
Sarah (she/her)
Yoga teacher : Sarah, originally from Wales, is a 500-hour qualified yoga teacher trained at the Bristol School of Yoga. She has also completed Trauma-Informed Community Yoga Training with the Bristol Yoga Roots Project. Her classes are mindful, enjoyable and down to earth, with no pressure to perform or “get it right”. Sarah creates space for people to feel comfortable in their bodies and leave feeling more at home in themselves.
Sian Bott (she/her)
Yoga Teacher : Sian is a passionate yoga and movement teacher trained in vinyasa, yin, ashtanga, prenatal, breathwork, hatha, nidra and hot yoga. She creates warm, welcoming and inclusive spaces for all ages, genders and levels of experience. Her classes weave together breath, movement and mindfulness to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Ellie Snowden (She/Her)
Massage Therapist & Yoga Teacher : Ellie loves to create spaces that enable deep relaxation and reset. Her work is slow, somatic, and rooted in a fascination with the many maps we have for understanding the territory of the body - a curiosity that began during her studies in medical anthropology and has shaped a decade of lifelong learning since. She works across holistic massage, deep tissue, integrated myofascial therapy, reiki and yin yoga, alongside training in complexity science and narrative/story-based research.
Kate Bulman (she/her)
Yoga teacher : Kate teaches pregnancy, postnatal and menopause yoga, shaped by both experience and care. Her classes are warm, grounded and inclusive, with space to move, rest and do what works for you. She’s passionate about building community and loves hosting our Bumps & Babies socials.
Helena Kaill (She/Her)
Yoga, Pilates & Barre teacher : Helena has been guiding movement and working with the body since 2014. With trainings in vinyasa, yin, Pilates, barre and massage, Helena is deeply fascinated by the way the body can move and release.
Nicola (she/her)
Yoga teacher : Nicola is a friendly and approachable Ashtanga teacher. Her classes balance discipline with compassion, creating a supportive space where students can build strength, consistency and self-awareness at their own pace.
Carolyn Thompson (she/her)
Yoga Teacher : Carolyn's grounding warmth creates a sense of community and ease. She guides people, not just poses - weaving relatable yoga philosophy, while encouraging you to explore movement, shapes, breath or stillness that feels right for you in the moment. A big fan of yoga props and the power of rest for nervous system health - expect bolsters, blankets and cosy vibes.
Cat (she/her)
Yoga teacher : Cat is an advanced yoga teacher and women’s health coach offering fluid, intelligently sequenced classes that support both body and nervous system. Blending creative transitions with accessible options, her philosophy-led sessions integrate movement, breath and meditation to build resilience, balance and ease - with a sense of play along the way.
Alice Billerey (she/her)
Yoga Teacher : Alice is a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, with over 900 hours of training. She came to yoga as a way of helping her to manage arthritis and has since adopted many of the yogic practices and principles as a way of life. Alice is passionate about sharing the many benefits of yoga beyond the physical, and she truly believes yoga is for everybody. This is reflected in her teachings through the use of props and permissive language, as well as offering a variety of non-hierarchical options and variations.
Steve Taylor (he/him)
Physiotherapist & Massage Therapist : Steve’s work is experience-led, person centred, and holistic, with over 14 years experience at level 5 -the profession's highest qualification in sports and remedial massage. He also teaches massage with the AYM Institute after studying and teaching in India and Europe. As a physiotherapist he works with prehab and rehab clients, chronic pain, sports and occupational injuries, strength and conditioning, and frailty.
Hayley Yates (She/Her)
Children's Yoga Teacher : Hayley teaches Children’s yoga, as well as Hatha, Vinyasa and Mandala. Drawing on her own experience of how yoga can support mental health, she loves sharing these benefits with children and adults alike. In her classes, Hayley creates a safe, welcoming space for curiosity, exploration and autonomy, inviting students to take what they need.
Fynn (he/him)
Yoga teacher : Fynn is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, coach and massage therapist passionate about healing and wellbeing. With over 15 years of experience, he offers grounded, holistic sessions that support connection, vitality and a greater sense of ease in body and mind.
Sunny (she/her)
Yoga teacher : Through all the wisdom that is yoga, Sunny has a passion for offering classes where students have the opportunity to reconnect with the self, to be inspired and find compassion. Opening with stillness, meditation and kriya her practice focuses on creating an embodied, spiritual, loving awareness flow, usually with a carefully selected theme.
Mary (she/her)
Yoga teacher : Mary offers presence-led, fluid classes inspired by her background in dance. Moving beyond rigid alignment, she invites exploration through movement, stillness and breath. Rooted in compassion, her sessions are free from pressure or performance — just thoughtful sequencing, carefully chosen music, and space to reconnect with yourself.
Siân (she/her)
Baby Massage Teacher : Siân strives to create a nurturing and supportive space for both parent and baby. Each session is entirely baby‑led, offering room for relaxation, conversation, empathy, and plenty of laughter. Alongside this, parents learn a beautiful skill that supports their babies’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
