FAQs

Do memberships auto-renew?

Memberships are a 6-month rolling contract, billed monthly.

You may cancel at any time, however the membership will continue until the end of the current 6-month term.

After the initial 6 months, the membership renews automatically for a further 6-month term unless cancelled before renewal.

Can I rollover unused classes?

Because we know life can be pretty full on sometimes, any unused classes will roll over into the following month. If they are not used within that month, they do not roll over again.

Can I pause my membership?

We are unable to freeze or pause memberships, however any unused credits can be rolled over to the following month.

 

Bloom Unlimited Membership can be paused for one month (£25 fee) - as this is unlimited no credits can be rolled over.
