Becoming a parent brings huge changes — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our Parent & Baby classes offer a warm, inclusive space to reconnect with yourself, bond with your baby, support recovery after birth, and meet other parents going through the same stage of life.
Postnatal Parent & Baby Yoga in Bristol
A gentle return to movement, strength, and confidence. Classes help you rebuild your core and pelvic floor, ease postnatal aches, and nourish your whole self — with your baby right beside you.
Open to all postnatal parents who have given birth.
From 6 weeks after a vaginal birth / 8 weeks after a caesarean/abdominal birth
Suitable until your baby is on the move (then you can join Parent & Movers Yoga class!)
Postnatal Parent & Movers
A fun, playful class for parents and little ones exploring the world on the move. Focuses on core strength, easing tension, and moving together.
Open to all postnatal parents who have given birth.
Suitable for crawlers until age 2 years.
Postnatal Pilates & Babies Class in Bristol
Pilates mat class designed to strengthen your body postpartum, so you can feel your confident best. The class combines the deep muscle engagement of Pilates with the soul and stretch of Yoga, with a focus on how to reconnect and reactivate deep core muscles and the pelvic floor postpartum. Bring your baby along, or practice without.

Clients must be cleared by a health professional to attend a group class.
Parent & Child Yoga age 2-5yr
A playful and nurturing yoga class for parents (or carers) and their little ones to move, connect and enjoy time together
Each session includes gentle movement, imaginative yoga poses, themed journeys and interactive games that encourage bonding and shared fun. We’ll explore different themes – from animals and nature to feelings and adventures – supporting creativity, confidence and emotional expression in a relaxed, pressure-free way.
For ages 2-5 years (pre-schoolers)
Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness (Ages 4–10)
A lovely evening class to help your child unwind before bedtime. You also have the option of joining a class running at the same time - taking some time to yourself!
A calm, welcoming class where children are invited to connect with their breath, body and feelings in a supportive space. Sessions include gentle yoga poses, mindfulness practices, relaxation and creative activities that nurture emotional wellbeing, confidence and a sense of ease. Suitable for children aged 4–10 years.
