This Sunday, we’re gathering together, because community is medicine. 
Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, or simply need a moment to breathe, this space is for you. No experience necessary, no pressure, no performance. Just presence.
Together we’ll explore:

🛌 Restorative rest
You’ll be guided by Carolyn Thompson, a 500hr+ trained yoga teacher with specialist training in Yoga for Anxiety, Breathwork and Mindfulness. Carolyn brings lived experience and deep compassion to everything she holds, weaving evidence-based tools with the wisdom of yoga.
There will be options throughout - take what feels right for you. Tea, connection, and a chance to feel present again await. 🫖
💛 Pay What You Can | From £5
Because wellbeing shouldn’t be a privilege. This session is open to all, with accessible pricing for those experiencing financial hardship. Book, no questions asked.

We are so thrilled to announce that the wonderful @beccaspooneryoga will be joining the Bloom team! 
Becca will be teaching a Monday 5.30pm Yang to Yin class from June - and you can join her tomorrow morning (Monday at 9.30am) and every Wednesday 5.30pm Rocket Yoga and 6.45pm Flow to Yin throughout May as she is Covering Cat’s classes 🫶
Here’s a little more about Becca…
Becca is a Yogi, Teacher Trainer and Somatic Bodyworker with a wealth of experience and knowledge in both Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. 
For Becca, Yoga serves as a holistic healthcare system that both strengthens the body and mind, and cultivates compassion and equanimity for the benefit of all.
Her classes are trauma-informed, and draw from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Scaravelli, and 5 Element traditions. She loves to incorporate the Meridians and Acupressure into her Yoga for a uniquely embodied
practice.

Join us for a special 2-hour Sunday session design Join us for a special 2-hour Sunday session designed to support you through pregnancy - physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This extended class is a chance to slow down, connect, and take time for yourself in a calm and supportive space.
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and herbal tea, easing into a gentle sharing circle, before moving through a nourishing pregnancy yoga practice. You’ll be guided through breathwork and movement to support your body during pregnancy and prepare you for birth, alongside space to gently explore and release any fears or worries you may be holding.
The session will close with deeply restorative postures and a calming yoga nidra, allowing you to fully rest and reset.
Afterwards, you’re invited to stay for drinks and delicious pastries from Lunita Pasteleria - a chance to connect with others and build your village.

SO excited for Helena to join our incredible team at Bloom Yoga - Ashley Down! 
Helena has been guiding movement and working with the body since 2014. With trainings in Vinyasa, Yin, Pilates, Barre and Massage, Helena is deeply fascinated by the way the body can move and release. When she’s not guiding classes or giving bodywork, Helena can be found tending to her allotment with her partner in Ashley Down.
You can join Helena’s Pilates class every Friday 12-12.45pm - last few spaces available for this week!
