Yoga for Women’s Health
Yoga for Women’s Health has been created from a combination of my specialist training in fertility, postnatal recovery, women’s health and the menopause to create a class that focuses on supporting your pelvic health and deep core, gentle and flowing mindful movement to ease away any aches and pains, strengthening for muscle and bone health, breathing techniques for calming the nervous system to help manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm as well as connection and community being at the heart of every class and workshop.
Yoga for Women’s Health is suitable for women at any stage in their life to support hormonal health and wellbeing.

- Peri-menopause to post menopause; I will share a unique combination of yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation practices that have been specially adapted to help people manage the main symptoms of menopause. All stages of the menopause welcome including Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), Early Menopause, Surgical Menopause – everyone is welcome.
