This class focuses on:

– breathing techniques for birth, to help you to feel calm and centered.

– releasing tension, neck, shoulder and backache

– ease swollen wrists & ankles

– release sciatica

– suitable for PGP

– modified sun salutation

– 20 minute Yoga Nidra/relaxation

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or like your mind never truly switches off, this session is for you.
Join us this Sunday at 5pm for our very first Hypnosis & Relaxation session.
You’ll be invited to settle into a cosy nest of blankets, bolsters and an eye pillow, before being gently guided into a deeply relaxed state.
There is no pressure to get it right, and you’re in control at all times. Simply get comfortable, listen, and allow yourself to relax in whatever way feels natural for you.
This session is perfect if you’ve been:
- Running on empty
- Carrying a busy mind and endless thoughts
- Feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life
- Struggling to properly rest, even when you have the chance
- Craving some time where you don’t have to look after anyone else but yourself
Imagine leaving feeling lighter, calmer and like you’ve finally exhaled after a busy week.
No previous experience with hypnosis is needed. Just come as you are.
Emily will guide you and is a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and registered nurse who supports adults, children and families to navigate life’s challenges with compassion and confidence.

Join Sunny for a practice that unfolds as a moving prayer, a steady, intentional flow where breath and movement become one continuous conversation.
Through fluid, unhurried movement, we focus on allowing the body to release, expand, and reconnect to its natural rhythm. Rather than striving or pushing, the practice invites you to move with awareness, transitioning with the breath and deepening presence moment by moment. Expect a spacious, grounding flow that encourages openness through the front body, and creates a sense of ease and receptivity throughout.
This is a practice of listening as much as doing - a chance to arrive fully in yourself and to return to the quiet intelligence of breath, body, and being.

After practice, we eat. Lunita Pastelería brings:
• Argentinian-style pastries (IYKYK)
• Breakfast bowls of organic oats, maple syrup, seasonal fruit and almonds (GF & Vegan)

Stiff in the mornings? Carrying tension in your shoulders? Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just a bit disconnected from yourself? Sometimes we know we need something, we’re just not sure where to start.
Our next Beginners Yoga Course starts on Monday at Bloom Yoga Bristol in Ashley Down, and it might be just what you’ve been looking for.
Over four weeks, we’ll gently guide you through the foundations of yoga: simple postures, breathing techniques, and ways to move with more ease and awareness in your body. No experience needed, no keeping up, just space to learn at your own pace in a small, friendly group.
This course is also a lovely option if you’ve tried yoga before but never quite felt confident, or if classes have always felt a little intimidating. We hear that a lot, and it’s exactly why we created this.
By the end of the four weeks, you’ll feel more at home in your body and mind and ready to join regular classes with confidence.

Your teacher: Kate has been practising yoga since she was 14 and has over 850 hours of training across movement, philosophy, meditation and mindfulness. She’s also an accredited coach with a background in wellbeing psychology — so she brings real warmth and understanding to everything she teaches. Expect to feel genuinely supported 🫶
