This class focuses on:

– breathing techniques for birth, to help you to feel calm and centered.

– releasing tension, neck, shoulder and backache

– ease swollen wrists & ankles

– release sciatica

– suitable for PGP

– modified sun salutation

– 20 minute Yoga Nidra/relaxation

And we want to take a moment to acknowledge everyone who shows up day in, day out - for someone else. 
Caring can be a constant juggling act, often without a moment’s rest, and an isolating role in ways that aren’t always visible to others.
If that’s you, we’d love to welcome you to the studio.
This week (8—14 June), we’re offering any carer a completely free class, an hour on the mat that’s entirely yours.
And it doesn’t stop there. If you’re a carer, you’ll always receive 10% off all classes, memberships, massage, and events at Bloom. Always.
You’re also welcome to join our weekly Community (pay what you can) class on Saturdays, 10.30am.

We have a wide range of classes from restorative and slow flow to dynamic and playful. It’s a little like being a kid again, learning new things and moving just because it feels good.
