Yoga
Our yoga classes are rooted in presence, connection and mindful movement.
At Bloom, we honour that yoga is not one thing. Each of our teachers brings their own unique voice, training and lived experience into the room, meaning no two classes are ever quite the same. You might experience flowing vinyasa, grounding hatha, restorative stillness, breath-led movement or subtle spiritual threads woven through practice.
What unites every class is intention. Space to slow down. Space to strengthen. Space to reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
Pilates
Pilates at Bloom focuses on strength, stability, and mindful movement, supporting posture, joint health, and everyday movement.
Grounded and supportive
Adaptable for different bodies and abilities
Focused on long-term strength, not pushing or performance
Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
Barre
A gentle, low-impact strength class inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional movement.
Small, controlled movements help build balance, strength, and body awareness, leaving you feeling strong and steady.
Mindful Fitness
A fluid, breath-led workout combining mindful movement with Pilates- and Barre-inspired strengthening.
Think of it as a moving meditation — strong, intentional, and playful — designed to leave you feeling physically worked, and your nervous system nourished.
Props may be used to bring extra heat for those who want it.
Suitable for all levels of fitness experience.
Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness
Fun, nurturing classes using movement, breath, games, crafts, and mindful relaxation to support calm, confidence, and emotional regulation.
Suitable for children aged 4-12 years.
Led by a fully qualified, Enhanced DBS-checked, trauma-informed instructor trained in mindfulness and neurodivergence-aware approaches.
