This is a short yoga class to help to ease you back into some movement. The class will begin with a quiet arrival, a chance for you to come into the present moment and tune into how are you feeling physically mentally and emotionally, remembering that however you are feeling is so valid and you are exactly where you need to be on your journey. We will cover some diaphragmatic breathing to connect you back into the pelvic floor and deep core, some stretches to ease away any tension and some moevement to strengthen the core.
