Becoming a mum is a huge change, physically, mentally and emotionally. What better way to reconnect with yourself, bond with your baby and make new friends. Classes are specially designed to allow you to safely exercise to regain your strength, pelvic floor and deep core, with your baby by your side.
I offer Mum & Baby Yoga in Horfield, an evening Postnatal Yoga Class (Women’s Wellness) in Horfield, as well as an Online Membership so that you can practice within the comfort of your own home.
Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth/8 weeks abdominal birth for mum & Baby Yoga and 3+ months for evening postnatal yoga (Women’s Wellness).
