As a Doula and Yoga teacher I’m passionate about supporting you, as you transition into life as a new parent, or perhaps you are deepening your journey as you welcome your second, third or fourth baby!
THE FOURTH TRIMESTER & BEYOND
I believe that support and connection is integral to your well-being during the fourth trimester and postpartum period and I strive to provide that within my offerings to you.
As your Postnatal Doula I place you at the centre of my care, visiting you within your home so that I’m able to support you in any way that you and your family need as you transition through this sacred time.
As a specialised postnatal yoga teacher, I can support your postnatal recovery so that you can safely move, relax and return to exercise with confidence. This can be a 1:1 session at your home or you are welcome to join my friendly group classes; Mum & Baby Yoga and then Beyond Postnatal Women’s Yoga. Classes include a supportive and non-judgmental WhatsApp group and regular meet-ups.
