Bloom Online for Mum Baby is designed to support you through your postnatal recovery so that you can safely move, relax and return to exercise with confidence – all from the comfort and warmth of your own home.
This online membership will help you to regain your strength, with a focus on your pelvic floor and core, with some Baby Yoga and Baby Massage included. These classes really focus on strengthening from the inside out, to set strong foundations for your recovery.
We will also teach you how to use your breath to support your pelvic floor and core when lifting your baby.
All of the yoga practices that we teach are evidence based, proven to reduce stress and anxiety – tools that you can use to support yourself throughout motherhood.
